Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for our Services.

Courses

We do not offer refunds for any courses you purchase a la carte. However, we will allow you to change your course selection to another one of our courses if you email us at support@viridislearning.com within seven (7) days of making your purchase. You may only make this election once for each course purchased, and the replacement course must start within ninety (90) days of the original start date of your purchased course.

Subscriptions

As we do not offer refunds, if you cancel a subscription, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
